At 50% HP, he awakens with Star Platinum: The World for extended time stop and faster attacks. Two bus stop access points (2 and 19). Best cosmetic drops in the game including Jotaro's iconic outfit pieces and Prime Jotaro's Hat. Requires good coordination and knowledge of his attack patterns.
