Visit Pucci in his hidden cave room near Bus Stop 18 to evolve Whitesnake into C-Moon (requires Green Baby from Journey to Heaven 2) and C-Moon into Made in Heaven (requires DIO's Diary). To find him: go to Bus Stop 18, walk forward into the hole in the hill, and turn left to find his room.

Travel to Bus Stop 18. Walk forward and look for a hole in the hill ahead of you. Enter the hole and turn LEFT inside — Pucci is in a hidden underground room. This is a different location from the Elder Vampire (who is in the castle).
